I read on several different forums that the best place for skydiving is Dubai, and I want to go there in February to fulfill my dream. Do you think the weather is suitable for this in February? What else is there to see there?

From what height can you jump there? I'm not going to recommend trivial things like seeing the Burj Khalifa or the fountains, what I liked most there was spending a night with the Bedouins in the desert, which I found out about on getexperience. I saw a review of the weather in all seasons on their blog. Read about Dubai weather February , maybe they mention it. I also recommend visiting Abu Dhabi if you're going to the UAE. I booked a trip there on their website, and the tour already included the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan Palace and several other locations.
